Job Summary: Tri Pointe Homes Holdings, Inc. is seeking a skilled Loan Processor to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in facilitating the mortgage loan process, working closely with homebuyers, loan consultants, and underwriters to gather and process necessary documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review file completeness and accuracy, comparing data with actual documentation
- Ensure all applicable documentation is gathered and submitted for underwriting approval
- Review and verify documentation submitted by borrowers and third parties
- Communicate with internal and external parties to facilitate the loan process
- Manage pipeline deadlines to meet purchase contract close of escrow deadlines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a loan processing role
- MS Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Encompass LOS experience preferred
