**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team at JBS USA Holdings, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing, tracking, and researching invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Process and research non-PO invoices
* Research vendor accounts for activity, payments, deductions, credits, and write-offs
* Communicate with vendors on payment status and invoicing issues
* Research Goods Received issues and identify unmatched invoices
* Set up new vendor accounts
* Ensure invoices are entered in the correct accounting period
* Provide backup support for other areas and departments as needed

**Requirements:**

* 1-5 years of accounts payable experience preferred
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
* Ability to prepare reports and analyses
* Knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP system, Excel, and Microsoft
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills

**Education:**

* High School Diploma/GED; Associate degree preferred
