As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our network of caring professionals to deliver one-on-one care that enhances the quality of life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including assisted living facilities, hospice providers, and geriatric care managers.
  • Interact with prospective clients to educate them on our services and schedule in-home visits.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Work Environment:
