Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze proposed options related to operations, systems, or management changes, considering factors like staffing, engineering, service provision, and management.
  2. Collaborate with managers to gather additional information and interpret policies and procedures related to change options.
  3. Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation on options and change evaluations.
  4. Perform other duties as needed to support the team's goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of utility management principles.
  • An attitude of active participation in our employee-owned culture is essential for success in this role.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
