Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage disaster recovery projects from start to finish, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of technicians to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to complete projects successfully.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and answer questions.

Requirements
