Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter to join our team. As a key member of our fulfillment team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfill BOSS orders by inspecting merchandise, matching merchandise to orders, and packing merchandise in proper containers.
  • Sort and pack merchandise using proper containers, cartons, or packaging for shipment.
  • Apply designated labels and visually inspect product for quality and presentation to customer.
  • Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness and follow procedures for a safe work environment.
  • Assist customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions when working on the sales floor during store open hours.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred.
  • Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers, and customers.
