Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Decision-Making: Implement appropriate interventions, including pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments, invasive procedures, education, counseling, and referrals to other healthcare services as needed.
  • Evaluation and Documentation: Monitor patients' progress, document outcomes, and coordinate continuity of care to ensure seamless transitions between healthcare providers.
  • Education and Training: Design and deliver educational programs to enhance performance, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills among nursing staff, students, and other healthcare professionals.
