Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Floor and Parquet Layer to join our team at Spectrum Industries in Buffalo City.

As a leading master company for floor and parquet installation, we have been training in the fields of floor laying and parquet laying for many years. Our diverse product portfolio is designed to meet the needs of our customers from all areas.

We are looking for an individual who is up for the challenge of installing a wide range of products, including solid wood or multi-layer parquet. In this role, you will learn and apply your skills in:

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting, gluing, and installing floor coverings
  • Preparing subfloors by filling, sanding, and cleaning
  • Measuring rooms and calculating material requirements
  • Creating room sketches and laying plans
  • Cleaning and maintaining floors
  • Creating insulation
Requirements
  • Manual dexterity and spatial imagination
  • Calculation skills for determining material requirements
  • Attention to detail
