Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiving Professional to join our team at Home Instead - Georgia. As a Senior Companion Care Specialist, you will provide personalized care and support to our senior clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders. You will also engage with clients in meaningful conversations, assist with light housekeeping tasks, and provide incidental transportation to appointments and activities.
Schedule flexibility is essential, as we offer both Part-Time and Full-Time schedules. We currently have a great need for Care Pros looking for shifts in Gainesville, Buford, Dawsonville, Cumming, Flowery Branch, Oakwood, Johns Creek, Sugar Hill, and surrounding communities.
A competitive salary starting at $15.00 per hour and up to $45,000+ per year (Live-In Pay) makes this an attractive opportunity for those passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors.
Qualifications include a valid driver's license, Social Security card, and auto insurance. A complete background check, DMV check, and drug screen are also required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay, paid time off, paid overtime, medical, dental, and vision coverage based on eligibility, 9 holidays paid at 1.5x, and paid training and continuing education.
