Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the dental team, including data entry, scheduling, and communication with patients.
  • Assist with sterilization procedures, maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.
  • Work closely with orthodontists to prepare treatment plans, take impressions, and complete other tasks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, including patient charts and X-rays.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Orthodontic Assistant or similar role in a dental office.
  • Familiarity with digital charting systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.

Estimated Salary Range
