Job Title: OR Services Leader (RN) - Robotics - Operating Room

Inova Health System is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to lead our OR Services team. As an OR Services Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our 11 OR suites and 4 Endoscopy Suites, providing exceptional patient care, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of OR Registered Nurses in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of the OR department.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and OR efficiency.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Monitor and maintain OR inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of OR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Two years of OR nursing experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing, MSN preferred.
  • RN licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • BLS Certification (AHA) required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
