Operating Room Nurse

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced OR environment.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to surgical patients in the OR
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and report patient vital signs and other relevant information
Inova Alexandria Hospital is a 318-bed community hospital that offers a full range of healthcare services. Our OR is equipped with 11 OR suites and 4 Endoscopy Suites, providing a comprehensive range of surgical specialties. We are dedicated to continually expanding our programs and services to meet the healthcare needs of our community.
Requirements:- One-year direct Operating Room nursing experience required
- Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- RN License to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- BLS for Healthcare Provider certification issued by the AHA
