Job Overview

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Financial Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for evaluating our current financial state, designing a shared services model, and implementing the model to improve our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Evaluate Current State

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather insights into our financial processes.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate our current workflows, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct a gap analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.

Phase 2: Design Shared Services Model

  • Develop a conceptual framework for our shared services model.
  • Conduct a cost-benefit analysis to determine the feasibility of the model.
  • Create a detailed design blueprint for the model.
  • Develop an implementation roadmap to ensure a smooth transition.

Phase 3: Implementation of the Model

  • Develop a detailed implementation plan to ensure successful rollout.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure they understand the new model.
  • Roll out the model and monitor its effectiveness.
  • Conduct post-implementation audits to identify areas for further improvement.
