Scope of WorkThe Registered Nurse (RN) in this role will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, incorporating patient-family centered care principles to deliver high-quality outcomes. The RN will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient autonomy and empowerment.

- Associates or Diploma in Nursing is required.
- Bachelors in Nursing is required within 5 years for GN or RN with less than 1 year of experience.
- Graduates from a non-accredited school of nursing must have at least one year of acute care experience or at least two years of experience in a licensed healthcare role and must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) is required within 60 days of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required upon hire from one of the following organizations - American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Canadian Heart and Stroke.
