Job Description

The Director - Brand Marketing position is a key role in leading brand and product marketing strategy, coordination, and alignment of marketing planning and execution for one or more North America brands. This position serves as a Lead or Priority Country Brand Marketing Representative, providing brand direction and guidance on the Global Brand Marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute brand marketing strategies to position the brand as a leader in the industry with key audiences, including B2B and B2C in priority markets globally.
  • Develop and execute North America product marketing offers and campaigns within the global brand framework.
  • Monitor key trends to anticipate and propose new growth ideas, product offerings, and thought leadership.
  • Coordinate market research priorities to drive strategic insights and identify new opportunities, in partnership with the North America Marketing Intelligence and Global Insights teams.
  • Partner with the Global Insights team to develop and execute Thought Leadership research and associated publications to support brand positioning both internally and externally.
  • Lead the marketing strategy and campaign plans for priority services, managing branding, positioning, and messaging to attract and engage clients and talent.
  • Work in partnership with Marketing Leadership, Brand Leadership, Global Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing, Events, Market Intelligence, and Sales Enablement teams to develop marketing programs to drive new client opportunities and achieve brand growth objectives.
People Leadership
  • Manage, inspire, and lead a team committed to providing exceptional brand direction and guidance for the global brand marketing strategy.
  • Manage talent planning for the area of responsibility and help develop, promote, and explain the vision, objectives, initiatives, and process goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience driving marketing planning and execution in the technology or human capital industry.
  • Proven ability to work through client, pricing, and operational data to find opportunities and actionable insights that are not readily apparent and clearly communicate to a diverse set of business stakeholders.
  • Digital awareness of inbound and outbound strategies and demand gen (SEO, web, social media, etc).
  • MarTech technology, marketing, and data analytics platform literacy and social media awareness (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, IT, or related field.
  • Collaboration: Experience working for a mid-large-sized global matrixed organization.
