Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Circulator to join our surgical team at Williamson Health. As a Surgical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating surgical patient care in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs comprehensive assessments on all patients, utilizing skills of observation, communication, and examination.
  • Develops age-specific plans of care for each patient, identifying problems/needs and communicating nursing plans to the healthcare team.
  • Anticipates and provides equipment and supplies in a timely manner, based on the needs of the patient and surgeon.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee.
  • Previous experience in perioperative care or a related field.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, communicate effectively, and support surgical procedures across various specialties.
