Job Title: F&B Cashier Hostess

At Odawa Casino Resort, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic F&B Cashier Hostess to join our team. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and drinks, and managing cash transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to every customer, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks according to established standards and sequences.
  • Manage cash transactions, including receiving payments and making change.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems.
  • Basic math skills, with ability to count money and make change correctly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
