OVERVIEW

Architects in Partnership is seeking a Senior Architectural Project Manager with a professional degree (Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture) and 5-10 years of relevant experience.

This role provides an opportunity for the candidate to advance within the firm.

The individual will oversee the project production process, coordinate consultant documentation, facilitate client meetings, and assist in generating construction documents for commercial and educational projects across the state.

Candidates should possess self-motivation, teamwork skills, and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.

Additional responsibilities include leading a team of staff, daily collaboration with the firm's principals and directors, and mentoring junior team members.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop is essential, while familiarity with Revit is advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide leadership and direction for the design team, ensuring all staff meet project goals, objectives, and timelines.
  • Manage and evaluate the performance of the design team.
  • Supervise and train staff on design-related document standards.
  • Produce construction drawings.
  • Review shop drawings, product data, and samples.
  • Coordinate consultant documents and drawings.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with Adobe products.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
