Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Management: Provide exceptional customer service, manage customer expectations, and ensure a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Punch List Management: Compile and resolve punch list items, ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Project Closeout: Perform final walk-throughs with customers, secure signed Certificates of Completion and Satisfaction, and manage warranty activities.
  • Project Evaluation and Sales: Evaluate project feasibility, identify opportunities for growth, and educate customers on the construction process.
  • Subcontractor Management: Identify, qualify, and manage subcontractors and resource providers, ensuring they meet project requirements and expectations.
  • Project Scheduling and Budgeting: Create and review project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Permitting and Compliance: Ensure all necessary permits are acquired and that all work performed complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience: Previous construction management experience, with a strong track record of customer service and project delivery.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, basic computer skills, and experience with Word and Excel.
