The compensation for this position is set at $12.25 per hour, complemented by a Health & Welfare fringe of $4.22 per hour, resulting in a combined hourly rate of $16.47.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals.
  • Safely transport food items from storage and production areas to serving stations.
  • Manage beverage dispensers and maintain the ice machine.
  • Ensure cleanliness by emptying coffee pots and rinsing them thoroughly.
  • Maintain dining area hygiene by cleaning chairs and organizing tables.
  • Perform cleaning duties including sweeping and mopping in various dining areas.
  • Regularly clean tables and replenish napkins and condiments as necessary.
  • Set up the salad bar with ice and arrange salad items and dressings for service.
  • Restock beverage dispensers and condiments as required.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Physical capability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds and perform tasks involving standing, walking, climbing, reaching, bending, and pushing.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and exposed to varying noise levels and temperatures.
  • Willingness to work indoors and outdoors and manage exposure to minor cuts and dust.
