The MJHS Health System is seeking a skilled and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team as an On-Call RN Supervisor. This role will provide leadership, support, and guidance to Call Center staff for clinical/non-clinical issues and situations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality professional telephonic intervention to patients based on the Plan of Care.
- Elevate complex issues to Team Manager, AOC, or Hospice MD on call.
- Manage and supervise Call Center staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN or BS degree preferred.
- Three years of Hospice nursing experience.
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- 2-5 years Hospice experience/On Call required.
- New York State RN licensure.
- NYS valid license preferred.
- Current CHPN certification preferred.
