Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and effective patient care, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring timely rooming, EMR documentation, and message processing.
- Work closely with providers, managers, and staff to promote quality and cost-effective daily operations.
- Establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate successful interactions and ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
- Education/Certification/Licensure
- Current Medical Assistant Certification or completion of a Medical Assistant Program.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a physician office and computer use.
- Competence in acute care patient management and organization.
- Commitment to collaboration with physicians to individualize and enhance patient care.
