Position Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of ten years of total experience, with at least two years of recent aircraft maintenance support, specifically on Fighter/Bomber/Attack aircraft.

Security Clearance:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. SECRET clearance is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary for company-related travel.

Supervisory Duties:

  • Recruit, interview, and train new personnel.
  • Oversee daily departmental workflows.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee discipline in line with company policies.

Physical Requirements:

  • Normal color vision as defined by relevant standards.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Travel Requirements:
