Key Responsibilities:

Position Requirements:

Education and Experience:
- A minimum of ten years of total experience, with at least two years of recent aircraft maintenance support, specifically on Fighter/Bomber/Attack aircraft.

Security Clearance:
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. SECRET clearance is required.
- A valid driver's license is necessary for company-related travel.
Supervisory Duties:
- Recruit, interview, and train new personnel.
- Oversee daily departmental workflows.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee discipline in line with company policies.
Physical Requirements:
- Normal color vision as defined by relevant standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
