Key Responsibilities
- Possess functional knowledge of Global Transportation systems within the Department of Defense (DoD).
- Develop a comprehensive design integrating personnel, processes, data, and technology to achieve strategic objectives and address business challenges.
- Facilitate project delivery through process mapping, requirements gathering, and support in testing phases.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish a shared understanding of current and future process flows.
- Document requirements for the future state processes.
- Translate business and technical requirements effectively.
- Implement Continuous Process Improvement methodologies to enhance architectural processes.
- Conduct research and provide analytical insights with minimal oversight.
- Apply critical thinking and systems thinking skills in problem-solving.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Social Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Must hold an active SECRET U.S. Government clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enterprise Architecture certification (e.g., CEA, ACEA).
- Experience in establishing enterprise functional and technical architecture design patterns.
- Outstanding communication skills, including proficiency in creating various business documents and technical presentations.
- Ability to engage effectively with leadership and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Master's degree.
