We are seeking a skilled Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Ridgewood Center - Bedford, NH. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and leading our clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage and ensure safe patient care 24/7.
- Participate in the interview process for nursing vacancies and assess the performance of existing employees.
- Identify educational needs of staff and communicate with the Nurse Practice Educator to address them.
- Ensure patient care assignments align with staff competencies, scope of practice, and patient needs.
- Support the Director of Nursing in implementing a strong Quality Improvement process for the nursing department.
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
- Competitive pay rate of $41.00/hour.
- Full-time position with a dynamic and supportive work environment.
