Job Title: Nursing Assistant/CNA Care Center

At RiverWoods Exeter, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Evening LNA to join our care team. As a Nursing Assistant/CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct resident care and promoting the health and independence of our seniors.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
  • Assist residents with mobility and functional nursing care, including transfers, ambulation, ROM, splint application, positioning, sit stand lifts, Hoyer lifts, and whirlpool.
  • Develop professional relationships with residents, family members, co-workers, and supervisors, promoting open communication and mutual respect.
  • Assist with assessments and treatment procedures, including TPR's, BP's, weights, specimen collection, skin care, O2 stats, and O2.
  • Follow Infection Control guidelines, including Standard Precautions, handling of Biohazardous materials, and isolation techniques.
  • Provide assistance with all nutritional and hydration needs.
  • Accept resident assignment and direction from the Nurse Leader, demonstrating awareness of shared responsibilities for resident care needs.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working directly with senior citizens is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team-focused environment and promote the health and independence of our residents.
