Responsibilities
  • Sort and clean soiled ware for proper processing
  • Wash and store dishes, pots, and pans in designated areas
  • Operate the dish machine and burnishing machine to maintain hotel standards
  • De-tarnish and polish silverware for optimal appearance
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
Requirements
  • Knowledge of service ware and maintenance procedures
  • Ability to push/pull service carts weighing up to 150 pounds
  • Ability to transport heavy objects through a crowded room
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
