  • Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and support teams, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
  • Respond to crisis situations with empathy and good judgment, prioritizing the safety and well-being of individuals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, respecting confidentiality and adhering to organizational standards.
  • Embody Central New York Quest's Mission and values, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in mandatory training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Programs and other team members to ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License and willingness to transport clients in a personal vehicle.
  • 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

This is a part-time position, requiring less than 25 hours of work per week.
