Job Title: Radiology Technician

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team at Cynet Health in Renton, WA.

Job Summary:

This 13-week assignment will provide the opportunity to work in a fast-paced acute care setting, utilizing your expertise in medical imaging to produce high-quality images and support physicians during procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently produce quality images in various settings, including interventional, trauma, OR, portables, C-arm, and diagnostic exams.
  • Assist in monitoring and documentation of conscious sedation and procedures.
  • Support physicians during procedures, including setting up sterile trays, providing patient support, and fluoroscopy.
  • Start peripheral IVs for intravenous contrast or medication under supervision and upon completion of approved IV certification.
  • Maintain respectful relationships with all customers, both internal and external.
  • Follow radiation protection standards and practice ALARA.
  • Document equipment problems in service logs and initiate service calls to biomed.
  • Provide documentation of professional credentials and maintain education records.
  • Transport patients as necessary using all appropriate safety resources.
  • Take on-call responsibilities as required.
  • Participate in utilization and support of the PACS systems.
  • Utilize computer systems to obtain lab values, enter charges, access reports, etc.
  • Document pertinent clinical history and symptoms.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technician.
  • WA State License.
  • ARRT and BLS certifications.
  • Ability to arrive within 30 minutes of notification for call shifts.
Work Environment:

This position will be working in an acute care setting with a Trauma Level 3 designation.
