**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist surgeons and surgical teams during general to moderately complex surgical procedures
* Handle and maintain surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment
* Anticipate the needs of surgeons and surgical teams
* Provide support with patient preparation, transport, and specific patient care duties
* Respond to emergent situations according to established procedures

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
* Graduate of a Surgical Technology program or six (6) months specialized patient care training in the armed forces required
* Current BLS certification required or become BLS certified within one month of start date

**Certifications/Licenses:**

* Current BLS certification required or become BLS certified within one month of start date
* Surgical Technologist certification preferred but not required
