Gastroenterology Specialist Wanted for Locum Tenens Opportunity

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to provide inpatient call coverage at a respected healthcare facility near Avondale, Colorado.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this locum tenens opportunity is around $350,000 per year, based on the location and requirements of the position.
Job DescriptionThis locum tenens opportunity offers the chance to deliver quality care in a scenic, vibrant community. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing general GI procedures, including ERCP, for a high-need area in southern Colorado.
This position requires expertise in general GI procedures, including ERCP, with excellent daily rates and a well-structured support system. The ideal candidate will have a clean malpractice and background record and be available for the specified call dates through April.
Requirements- Board Certification: Required in Gastroenterology or Board-Eligible with recent Internal Medicine certification
- Licensure: Active Colorado medical license and DEA registration required
- Experience: ERCP experience required
The weekly call schedule will be from Friday (7 a.m.) to Friday (7 a.m.) bi-weekly, starting December 6, 2024, with multiple coverage dates through April. Potential need for coverage beyond April may also be required.
