Job Summary

As a Health Center Operations Manager at Premise Health, you will oversee the overall management of a medium-sized health center, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Your responsibilities will include managing technical Team Leaders, monitoring daily operational processes, and providing input for the performance appraisal process for all staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall management of a medium-sized health center
  • Manage technical Team Leaders and monitor daily operational processes
  • Provide input for the performance appraisal process for all staff members
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and present resolutions and recommendations to the Director, Client Operations
  • Manage internal budget, reviews expenses, purchases supplies, and inventories equipment
  • Assist in the identification and scheduling of local per diems
  • Work collaboratively with the Medical Leader at the site to manage internal site issues
  • Communicate regularly with staff, conduct meetings, and keep staff informed
  • Act as health center's infection control lead and collaborate with the corporate Director of Quality and Infection Control Officer

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Current license as a LPN/LVN, MA, RN, RT, EMS, or NP/PA in practicing state
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in the medical field
  • 2 – 3 years' management experience
