We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at AirSculpt. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our cosmetic and plastic surgery practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Perform nursing tasks with clinical competency, including administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and disinfecting and sterilizing equipment.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company standards.
- Communicate effectively with the team, including physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and others, to ensure seamless clinical and surgical operations.
- Document clinical and surgical chart notes accurately and thoroughly.
- Provide the highest level of patient care and service at all times.
- Consistently follow policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Assist in all aspects of a clinical and surgical environment.
- Other duties as determined by the Practice Manager, Regional Lead Nurse, and/or Director of Clinical Operations.
Requirements:
- Current RN/LPN/LVN license.
- Current CPR, BLS, ACLS, and IV certification – or must obtain upon hiring.
- Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a plus.
- Familiarity with plastic surgical procedures.
- Positive, energetic attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Passion for assisting patients before and after their surgical procedure.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work on weekends as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
