We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server Assistant to join our team at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa. As a Server Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including setting tables, serving food and drinks, and cleaning work areas.
  • Support the kitchen team by preparing and replenishing supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
