Job Overview

Position: Financial Analyst

Work Arrangement: This role operates on a hybrid model, combining remote work with in-office attendance once a week. Candidates should ideally reside within a 50-mile radius of designated locations.

The Financial Analyst is tasked with the examination and preparation of historical financial data, forecasts, and performance outcomes. This role provides analytical support for business development initiatives, economic assessments, and strategic planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operating expense forecasting, planning, and monthly financial closing processes for the pharmacy sector.
  • Identify intricate financial challenges, conduct research for solutions, and implement corrective measures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide financial modeling insights and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Generate budget reports and analyze key business cost drivers.
  • Serve as a resource for team members and other departments.
  • Mentor and evaluate the work of fellow Financial Analysts.

Required Qualifications:

  • A BA/BS degree in finance or accounting, accompanied by a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or budgeting; or a combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An MBA, CPA, or CMA certification is preferred.
