Position Summary
We are in search of a Senior Financial Analyst to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, and prepare comprehensive reports. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline, along with a minimum of three years of pertinent experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accumulate and validate the precision of financial transactions

  • Offer support and guidance to accounting staff

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience

Desirable Qualifications

  • CPA certification
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting role
  • Experience with budget modifications and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with Workday software

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $53,000 - $56,000
  • Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Key Duties

  • Conduct monthly reviews and reconciliations of state accounts
  • Manage the chart of accounts and journal entries
  • Oversee departmental expenditures and reconcile accounts
  • Assist with audit requests and manage outstanding obligations

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a background check, which includes a credit evaluation.
