Territory Sales Manager

Our client, LHH, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Territory Sales Manager. This role goes beyond traditional sales to unlock the untapped potential of the fast-moving consumer goods category for retailers.

No cold calling is required, but you will need to fully understand the full-cycle of this category and what external factors impact the territory performance by analyzing all available data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate retailers on the strategic importance in driving overall sales and unlocking new business opportunities
  • Take charge of route planning and objective setting for your territory
  • Deliver compelling business insights to influence and maximize the impact of tobacco on various store categories
  • Demonstrate a "Triple Win" approach during the selling process, showcasing how our offerings benefit the retailer, consumers, and our company

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in FMCG sales
  • Retail wholesale experience is a standout
  • Proficiency in MS Office, strong commercial understanding, good negotiation skills, advanced communication skills, advanced selling skills, and advanced category management knowledge

Compensation & Benefits:

$80k base plus 10% bonuses
