Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the installation of solar tracking systems on large-scale ground mount solar sites throughout the US. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide technical support to customers, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience and providing product expertise to maximize customer value.
  • Translate and interpret wiring/construction schematics to support construction installation.
  • Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and ensure compliance among employees and subcontractors.
  • Conduct safety meetings, document results, and report to management.
  • Assist in project planning, including reviewing plans, commenting on material requisitions, and coordinating with subcontractors.
  • Establish effective communication channels with project managers, engineers, and clients.
  • Develop accurate construction schedules and create daily reports to track progress.
  • Work with subcontractors, temporary labor, electricians, and employees to plan, schedule, and execute construction and quality control applications.

Requirements:



  • 4 years of utility-scale solar construction experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role as a superintendent, lead foreman, or solar QC manager.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
  • Experience with managing construction projects on schedule and under budget.
