Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team at The Niello Company. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnoses and repairs on various makes and models of vehicles, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer technical bulletins and industry developments
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
