- Collaborating with parents to tailor approaches that meet the unique needs of each child.
Qualifications:
- A **High School Diploma** or GED, along with twelve semester units in early childhood education from an accredited institution, in accordance with California Early Childhood Education Teacher Credentialing for Child Development Assistant Permit.
- A genuine interest in pursuing further education in Early Childhood Education or Development, or obtaining a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
- Successful completion of a **criminal record clearance** and child abuse index check.
- Passing a **TB test** and occupational physical examination.
- Possession of a valid **California Driver's License**.
