About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our Cloud and Cyber projects within the National Security business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex federal projects involving cloud, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, IT modernization, or software development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including integrated project work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and schedules.
  • Lead and manage tasking of project teams and completion of assignments.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and manage impacts of project scope changes, issues, and risks.
  • Collaborate with customer PMs, leads, partners, and stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Brief senior/executive stakeholders on project status, accomplishments, schedule, issues, and risks.
Requirements
  • Active TS//SCI clearance with CI poly.
  • Six (6) years of experience managing complex federal projects involving cloud, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, IT modernization, or software development.
  • Experience supporting the Intelligence Community.
  • Strong skills developing integrated project work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and schedules.
  • Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Proven expertise collaborating with customer PMs, leads, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
