Role Purpose

The Clinical Nurse provides comprehensive patient care, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to established nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitates patient and family-centered care in a supportive environment, educating patients and their families on managing their health conditions, including post-treatment care and medication administration.
  • Engages in initiatives that enhance patient safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards, while also pursuing professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborates with the interprofessional team to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with specific goals, ensuring effective communication throughout the care continuum.
  • Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess and address the physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients, considering their preferences and potential barriers to care.
  • This position is designated as safety-sensitive, requiring the ability to maintain alertness and safety in all work activities.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.Experience
No prior experience required.Licenses & Certifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license required.Preferred Qualifications
