- Collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop, implement, and document personalized care plans, ensuring effective communication throughout the care continuum.
- Utilize critical nursing skills to assess and address the physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients, considering their individual preferences and barriers to care.
- Maintain a constant state of alertness and safety, as this role is classified as safety-sensitive.
- Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
- Licenses & Certifications: Current RN license.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant nursing experience.
