Position Overview
In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering membership expansion and overseeing market operations. Your primary focus will be to implement local network strategies and ensure that healthcare providers in our service area are equipped with the necessary resources and support to deliver outstanding member care and achieve superior health outcomes.
You will be reporting directly to a Market P&L Leader.
Work Environment:

Applicants must reside in Florida and be open to occasional travel within the state.
Compensation Transparency:
The salary range for this position is: $88,560 - $116,235 annually. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, participation in our unlimited vacation policy, and eligibility for annual performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise strategies aimed at enhancing profitability and sustainability while executing the necessary components of the network development plan for designated markets.
- Establish and maintain direct relationships with potential network partners to facilitate growth initiatives.
- Assist market leadership in contract negotiations and strategies to onboard new partners into our network.
- Support and/or oversee team members responsible for servicing, educating, and communicating with our provider network.
- Monitor assigned networks to assess compliance with established standards, working with market leadership to develop corrective action plans as needed.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4+ years).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in healthcare client management, consulting, provider contracting, healthcare finance, performance management, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience creating presentation materials for Senior Leadership, including the ability to synthesize and summarize findings through effective data visualizations and storytelling.
- 1+ years of experience conducting financial analyses on markets or product lines, collaborating cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities and drive growth and profitability.
- Experience in the Health Insurance sector (Individual and/or Medicare Advantage) and/or the broader Healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in managing employees, with a history of promotions, hiring, and fostering team development.
- Preferred experience in provider operations, network management, or data analytics.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
Compensation Transparency: Final salary offers will be determined based on factors such as relevant skills, education, and experience.
