Job Description

At Stretch Revolution LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Stretch Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one assisted stretches and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients.
  • Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions to ensure a positive and engaging experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive membership growth and retention.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to our safety policies and rules.
  • Attend regular staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  • Handle client concerns and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Assist sales associates and management with offsite events and sales as needed.
  • Maintain a strong online presence to engage with clients and promote our services.
  • Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fitness or health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment that welcomes clients of all backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Passion for fitness, stretching, flexibility, and mobility, with a desire to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies.
  • Ability to acquire a stretching specialization certification within 90 days of employment.
