- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective patient education programs, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and empowering patients to take control of their health.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' nutritional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in clinical nutrition, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in clinical nutrition or a related field.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification.
- Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) certification in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure.
