The Strategic Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Associate Vice Provost for DKU and Duke Programming and Strategy. Key responsibilities include navigating complex organizational structures, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the efficient operation of Duke's Office of DKU Relations (DODR). Additionally, the coordinator will oversee and coordinate the complex schedules of senior leadership across Duke and DKU, accounting for multiple time zones.

This hybrid position requires three days per week in the office, with additional flexibility needed for high-priority tasks and events. The salary for this position is approximately $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
