Job Overview:
  • Teach English Language Arts from a rigorous and engaging curriculum designed to promote critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students reach their full potential.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative and productive learning community.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required; Master's degree or higher preferred.
  • Valid teaching certification or eligibility for certification in New Jersey.
  • Experience working with urban students and communities highly desirable.

  • A competitive salary range of $56,000 to $77,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
