English Teacher Position in a Bilingual Education Setting

Ecole Bilingue De La Nouvelle-Orléans, a leading provider of private French education, seeks a qualified English language teacher to join its Lower School faculty.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching English Language Arts and American Math to students in the elementary grades. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a unique bilingual education setting and contribute to the academic growth and development of our students.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students, utilizing whole group, small group, and individual instruction methods.
- Foster a nurturing and respectful learning environment that promotes social and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement innovative curricula.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure a well-organized learning environment.
- Participate in school-wide activities and events, contributing to the overall success of our community.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of full-time teaching experience as a lead teacher, preferably in an early childhood or elementary setting.
- An appreciation for world languages and cultures is essential.
