Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Radiation Therapist to join our elite Proton team at Sibley Memorial Hospital. As a Sr Therapist, you will prepare and apply ionizing radiation to patients and function as supervisor in the absence of the Chief or Lead Therapist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and apply ionizing radiation to patients
  • Function as supervisor in the absence of the Chief or Lead Therapist
  • Work collaboratively with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, physicists, and nurses to create individualized treatment plans
  • Utilize high-end technology, including Proton Therapy and procedures such as Brachytherapy
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved Radiation Therapy Technology program
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy
  • Valid CPR Card
  • Staff Level - No experience required. New grads encouraged to apply
  • Senior Level - Three (3) years as a registered staff Radiation Therapist
